About Select Recruiting Group
Select Recruiting Group is a boutique executive search firm based in Philadelphia. For nearly two decades, we have worked with company owners, CEOs, and investors on hundreds of placements, recruiting C-suite leaders for organizations nationwide.
Every search is led personally by founder Amy Daniels, who spent a decade in financial services at Cambridge Associates and Morgan Stanley before founding the firm. Clients work with one senior partner from intake to offer, benefit from a discreet approach to passive candidates, and review a shortlist built around their business, not a stack of resumes.
