The SRG Candidate Process
1. Intake Call
We speak in depth with you about your background, experience, and goals to learn about your current role and company, your motivation for seeking a new opportunity, and what you’re looking for in your new position.
2. Discussion of Opportunities
Once we have gathered all of your information, we review our current open positions to see if any are a good fit for you. We discuss the position with you to determine if you’d like to apply. We continue to keep you in mind for future opportunities as they come to us.
3. Introduction to Hiring Teams
When you see an opportunity that excites you, we guide you through the application process and help you craft a resume and cover letter that show your full value. Once you’re ready to apply, we facilitate the introduction to the hiring manager and the team.
4. Interview Coaching
We offer guidance throughout the interview process, help you to prepare, and answer all of your questions at every stage along the way.
5. Offer Negotiation
We know what your skills are worth and want you to get the compensation that you deserve. To some, it may feel uncomfortable negotiating with your future employer.
